Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up?
An actress. I wanted to be in adverts on TV and in theatre performances on stage.  

What would you do if you weren’t a recruiter?
I always wanted to travel the world sourcing food for big supermarkets. Now more grounded, I would work with special need children and young adults.

What would you improve about the recruitment industry?
As a massive advocate of inclusivity it would be great to educate and influence clients more when hiring, rather than being limited by ‘cultural fit’. The world is made up of neurotypical and neurodiverse people and I feel the workplace should reflect this.
